Returns must include any free gifts received with the purchase to be eligible for a refund to the original payment method. If free gifts are not returned, a Little Me store credit will be issued for the refund. Exchanges will not require the free gifts to accompany the return.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be calculated at check-out.

Shipping and Handling
Littleme.com orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days out of California. We do not ship on the weekends. If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability, a customer service representative will contact you right away. Orders placed with an expedited shipping method will ship within 1 business day Monday- Fridays. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.
We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Once your package is picked up by FedEx from our shipping facility in California, we are not liable for any delays experienced in-transit.
Standard/Standard East: arrives within 3-7 business days of shipping. Free on orders $65.00 or more. (Customers must select the FREE Standard Shipping option)
Expedited: arrives within 2-4 business days if placed by 12 PM est. (Customers must select the FREE Expedited Shipping option)
Express: arrives within 1-3 business days if placed by 12 PM est.

Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you receive from the Little Me online boutique, we will be happy to issue a return or exchange, within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is still in its original packaging and has not been worn or washed. Little Me items purchased from our online boutique must be returned with their original tags and packaging. Please note, all items purchased on sale or marked down cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Enter your order number and email and follow the prompts
- Print out the provided FedEx label and tape to the outside of your return. Please make sure to cover or remove all previous shipping labels.
- Take package to your closest FedEx store.
- A $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your credit.
Exchange
If you are exchanging an item, it will be shipped to you via standard ground delivery. We will process the shipment within 48 hours of receiving your return. If you need expedited shipping, let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure you receive your item when you need it. If you would like to order additional items, we can provide you with Little Me Store Credit and you can proceed to purchase the additional products on littleme.com.

Returning Gifts
Little Me will happily issue a return or exchange on a gift item ordered from our online boutique, as long as the item is returned within 30 days of purchase and has not been worn or washed. Little Me items purchased from our online boutique must be returned with their original tags and packaging. Please e-mail customerservice@littleme.com if you would like to return a gift.
Returns on Items from Retail Stores
If you purchased an item from one of our premier store retailers, you must contact the retailer directly about their return policy. Little Me cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
